Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We have a 10-days Return Policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact Us
Email us at info@cereskozmetik.pk with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can enquire and verify the case and share the decision regarding your case. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with proper proof of pictures or videos.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the exchanged item.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be processed for shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or damaged items (exceed the time limit mentioned above).
- Products not purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
Items purchased under promotional or clearance sales, unless they are defective.
